摘要
目的:了解温州市现阶段民营医院发展现状及遇到的瓶颈问题,并提出相应的建议。方法:采用问卷调查和个人深入访谈法对温州市公立医院对口支援的6所民营医院进行调查。结果:温州市6所民营医院住院人数平均减少8.79%,住院日上升2.29%,医护人员年均离职率为14%,全市民营医院床位年均增长率比公立医院少3.6%,政策环境整体上偏向民营医院。结论:温州市民营医院在有利的政策环境下,服务效率依然较低,面临着医护人员离职率高、专科优势逐渐褪色等瓶颈问题。民营医院的良好持续发展除了其自身的努力外,也需要政府加强政策的执行力度以及民众的大力支持。
Objectives:To learn what bottleneck problems that private hospital met and put forward some corresponding development strategies. Methods:six private hospitals partner assisted by public hospitals received questionnaire survey and in-depth interview. Results:The average annual demission rate of six private hospital was 14% in Wenzhou,the mean number of hospitalized cases decreased 8.79%,length of stay in hospital increased 2.29%,bed growth rate was 3.6% less than public hospital,a good policy environment supported private hospital development. Conclusions:Private hospitals service efficiency was still lower,and faced high turnover rate of medical staf s,fading priority department in a good policy environment. A good and sustained development of private hospital in addition to its own ef orts,but also need the government to strengthen the implementation of the policy and the strong support of the publics.
