蔓托服务模式在专业化医务志愿服务中的实践与探索

Practice and exploration on Mentor care mode in professional medical voluntary service

医务志愿服务作为医务社会工作的重要组成部分,其专业化要求日益彰显。江苏省人民医院以生物-心理-社会理念为指导,积极探索蔓托志愿服务模式。介绍了中美联合慈善孤残儿童蔓托志愿服务项目的服务对象、服务流程、项目效果及创新点,探讨了专业化开展医务志愿服务的关键点,提出医务志愿者管理机制应科学化、医务志愿服务活动应项目化、医务志愿服务方式应现代化以及加强医务社会工作者对志愿服务专业指导的观点。

As an important part of medical social work,medical voluntary service get more and more professional. Guided by bio-psycho-social medical mode,Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital explored Mentor care mode on carry out medical voluntary work. The object,process,ef ectiveness and innovation of China-America Joint Charitable Orphan and Disabled Children Mentor Care Project were introduced and the key points on carrying out professional medical voluntary service were also discussed. It was considered that it needs to establish a scientific management mechanism and a standardized project management process to help developing modern medical voluntary work. Professional training for the volunteers were also needed.
