摘要
随着新医改的深入推进,绩效考核是公立医院改革和持续质量改进的一项重要工作,也是现代医院可持续发展的重要举措。临床科主任作为科室业务和行政管理的第一责任人,如何有效实施任期目标管理直接关系到医院战略性目标的实现。笔者以南京医科大学第一附属医院为实例,详细介绍了临床科主任任期目标考核的实践经验和体会,指出健全的考核组织架构是实施任期考核的重要保证,完善的考核指标体系是实施任期考核的基础前提,实时的反馈沟通是实施任期考核的重要环节,高效的信息系统是实施任期考核的重要助手。
With the deepening of healthcare reform, performance assessment is an important work of public hospital reform and continuous quality improvement, and also an important measure of modern hospital sustainable development.Clinical department director is the first person responsible for the department performance and administration. How to effectively implement the tenure target management is directly related to the realization of the hospital’s strategic goals.Taking the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University as an example, this paper introduces the practice and experience of tenure target assessment of clinical department director in detail, which has a certain reference value. It shows that complete assessment organization, scientific assessment index, on time communication and feedback and effective information support are key points for clinical department director assessment successful implementation.
