摘要
解决目前人才项目管理技术手段实现人才项目全过程化管理,并在提高人才项目工作效率、保障人才项目工作质量、激发人才经费使用效益、营造以人为本的成长环境等多方面取得了一定成效,充分体现了系统的实践优势。
In order to solve problems of talent project management, Xuanwu hospital has developed talent project management information system. By full using technology method, talent all-round management has been carried out. Hospital talent project management information system has got some effectiveness such as improving efficiency and quality of talent project management and promoting project funds efficiency.
