新型基层卫生机构医养结合服务模式探讨

Discussion on new mode of healthcare and elderly care integration in primary healthcare institute

随着老龄化社会的来临,老年人在养老和医疗方面的叠加需求日益增长。笔者针对目前国内医养结合发展局面进行分析,就基层医疗机构结合自身优势,借助互联网信息技术建立签约家庭医生作为守门人,区域综合或专科医院作为后盾,立体化整合的线上及线下一站式、全周期、医养一体化的基层健康服务模式进行探讨。在此基础上提出了具体服务措施、支付机制、存在的问题和对策。

With the rapid progress of aging, the demands of healthcare and elderly care of the older ages has been increasing. Based on the analysis of the situations of healthcare and elderly care integration in China and the strength of primary healthcare institute, new mode which can be described as GP as housekeeper, regional general hospital or special hospital as head institutes, online combined with offline, one stop and all life, healthcare and elderly care integration has been shaped. Details of the mode such as care list, payment mechanism, problems and countermeasures also have been discussed.
