宣武医院“党务查房”模式加强公立医院党建的实践与思考

为加强公立医院党的建设,首都医科大学宣武医院党委创新开展"党务查房"工作,初步形成了成效明显的工作模式。"党务查房"工作是医院党委践行全心全意为人民服务宗旨的重要举措,是充分发挥领导核心作用的有力抓手,具有务实深入、全面、常态化、以人为本等主要特点。通过开展"党务查房"工作发现,坚持从问题入手有利于改进医院工作;部门与科室加强沟通合作非常必要;科室工作和医院管理要因时制宜、因地制宜;建设以人为本、各具特色的科室文化非常重要。

Party education involving in ward round has been carried out in Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University to strengthen party building in public hospital and has got some effectiveness. Party education involving in ward round is an important countermeasure on serving people with heart and soul and have characters of pragmatic,all round, normal and human centered. It shows that problems based improvement, communication between departments, countermeasures fit for hospital and medical staff and human centered hospital culture are key points.
