因公出国(境)申办工作政策性、专业性、时限性很强,是医院外事交流工作的重要组成部分。南京市妇幼保健院外事工作者将PDCA循环管理工具应用于因公出国(境)申办工作中,通过提早通知报计划、梳理SOP工作流程、多科室协同合作、加强制度宣传、提高外事工作人员自身素质等措施,有效解决该项工作中面临的问题;同时不断总结、发现新问题再通过新一轮PDCA循环持续提高医院外事工作服务水平,保障外事交流、合作活动的顺利开展。

‘Applying for going abroad(going out of the national territory) on business’ is a job with a very strong orientation to policy, profession and time limit, and is an important part of the foreign exchanges of hospitals. Any successful foreign visit plan of a hospital is inseparable from early application.
