Application of DRGs system in medical quality adverse event management and evaluation

目的:利用DRGs系统加强对医疗质量负性事件指标的监测力度,有利于医疗质量管理内涵的丰富,促进临床对质控要点的把握,减少不良事件的发生。方法:利用DRGs分组工具,将医院质量管理几项负性事件指标纳入重点监测,每月把指标实际获得值与标准值进行比对,针对偏差较大的科室与疾病组实施指标管控方案。结果:运用DRGs系统,每月能精准抓取不同科室、不同疾病组与不同医生关于负性事件指标的相关信息,为临床质控干预提供实证。结论:DRGs系统应用于医疗质量负性事件指标的管理,能及时获取科学、实用的指标数据,有利于加强对临床科室医疗质量缺陷的追踪监测,成为质量管理的一种高效应用工具,值得推广应用。

Objectives:To strengthen the monitoring of medical quality adverse event index,to enrich the connotation of medical quality management,to promote the clinical department get key points of quality control and to reduce the occurrence of adverse events by application of DRGs system.Methods:Several adverse event indicators of hospital quality management were strictly monitored and the actual index value and the targeted value were compared each month by DRGs system.Those departments and diseases who have a significant gap between actual index value and targeted value were be intervened.Results:By using DRGs system,the relevant information about adverse event indexes in different departments,different disease groups and different doctors can be accurately captured every month,which can provide empirical evidence for clinical quality control intervention.Conclusions:The application of DRGs system in the management of adverse event index of medical quality can obtain scientific and practical index data in time.It is helpful strengthening the tracking and monitoring of medical quality defects in clinical departments and becoming an effective application tool for quality management.It is worth popularizing and applying.
