国家出台了一系列规范性文件对公立医院补偿机制进行探索,其中政府投入占据了重要地位。作者主要通过对国内外公立医院政府投入状况进行研究,分析国内公立医院政府投入存在的问题,借鉴发达国家和地区的经验,提出相应的对策与建议。

The state has issued a series of normative documents to explore the compensation mechanism of public hospitals,in which government input plays an important role.This paper mainly summarizes the state of government input in public hospitals at home and abroad,analyzes the problems existing in the government funding of public hospitals in China,draws on the experience of developed countries,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
