叙事医学作为医学发展的新领域为医务人员和患者在医疗过程中带来更多的医学人文思考,获得社会各界的广泛关注。本文从叙事医学产生背景、发展与起源以及叙事医学与循证医学的关系入手,探讨叙事医学带来的影响。首都医科大学宣武医院将叙事医学理念应用于人文科室建设中,形成了以医学人文精神为指导、以患者为中心的制度文化体系,患者满意度不断提升,员工职业精神提升,高端人才满意度持续提高。

Narrative medicine,as a new field of medical development,has brought more medical humanistic thoughts on both medical staff and patient.The impact of narrative medicine was discussed in aspects of background,development and origin of narrative medicine,the relationship between narrative medicine and evidence-based medicine.By applying narrative medicine in clinical humanistic department construction,patient centered and medical humanistic spirit guided culture system has been shaped in Xuanwu hospital,which gets a continuous improvement of patient satisfaction rate,medical staff professional spirit and high-level talent satisfaction rate.
