药品零加成政策是医院药学转型发展的机遇与挑战

The zero profit drug policy brings opportunities and challenges for pharmacy development transition of public hospitals

目的:随着我国城市公立医院综合改革的稳步推进以及公立医院药品零加成政策的全面实施,医院药学学科面临由盈利部门转变为成本科室,学科发展方向模糊、处境尴尬的巨大挑战。方法:采用文献研究法,对文献进行重点信息摘录、综合分析并得出结果。结果:医院药学学科顺应时势,主动转型与应对刻不容缓。结论:依托政策支持,加快医院药学学科工作中心、服务模式、专业水平及综合素质的转变,提升药学专业服务价值,促进药学学科内涵深化,增强学科专业实力,有利于实现药学学科的成功转型。

OBJECTIVE With the steady progress of integrated reform in city public hospitals and the comprehensive implementation of the zero profit drug policy in China,pharmacy departments of large comprehensive hospitals are encountered with many huge challenges,such as transformation into cost center from profit department,uncertainty of subject prospect,etc. METHODS By literature study,important information of included literatures had been extracted and analyzed comprehensively. RESULTS Facing those challenges,pharmacy departments had to conform to the current situation,and actively transform and respond immediately. CONCLUSION By depending on the policy support,accelerating the transformation of main emphasis of the work,service model,professional level and overall quality of pharmacists,these tactics are favorable for improving service value of pharmacy,promoting further development of pharmacy,enhancing the strength of pharmacy,and realizing the successful transformation of pharmacy.
