土茯苓和肿节风不同比例配伍后对其落新妇苷含量的影响 被引量:1

Changes of astilbin contents in different proportions of Smilacis glabrae rhizoma and Sarcandrae herba

摘要 目的:研究土茯苓与肿节风不同比例配伍对落新妇苷含量的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定落新妇苷的含量。色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(2)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%乙酸(20∶80),流速为1.0 m L·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长为291 nm,进样量10μL。结果:土茯苓和肿节风配伍共同煎煮,当土茯苓和肿节风的配伍比例为1∶1、3∶1时,提取液中落新妇苷的含量明显增加;当土茯苓和肿节风的配伍比例为1∶3时,提取液中落新妇苷的含量显著降低;其他配伍比例时,含量增加不明显。两药单煎合并也有一定的增溶作用。结论:土茯苓和肿节风配伍提取对落新妇苷的含量有一定的影响,临床使用时以1∶1或3∶1配伍入药为佳,尽量避免1∶3配伍入药。 OBJECTIVE To study the effect of different ratios of Smilacis glabrae rhizoma and Sarcandrae herba on contents of astilbin. METHODS The chromatographic method was carried out on a Diamonsil C18(2)(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) column at 30℃. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and 0. 1% acetic acid(20∶ 80). Isocratic elution was performed at the flow rate of1. 0 m L·min-1. The UV detection wavelength was at 291 nm. RESULTS When the compatibility proportions of Smilacis glabrae rhizoma and Sarcandrae herba were 1∶ 1 and 3∶ 1,the contents of astilbin were both increased,while extremely decreased at the ratio of 1∶ 3. The contents were not obvious changed in other compatibility proportions. And the contents of astilbin were slightly increased in the mixture of each single decoction. CONCLUSION The contents of astilbin are influenced by different proportions of Smilacis glabrae rhizoma and Sarcandrae herba. In clinical practice,Smilacis glabrae rhizoma and Sarcandrae herba should be applied at the compatibility proportion of 1∶ 1 or 3∶ 1,while 1∶ 3 should be avoided.
