摘要
目的:以经典方剂四物汤为例,分析株洲市中药代煎质量。方法:随机选取株洲市区23家能够提供中药代煎服务的药房,对同一药房的同批饮片进行实验室规范煎煮(以下简称"自煎")和代煎。建立一种高效液相色谱法同时测定四物汤中5-羟甲基糠醛、芍药苷、阿魏酸和藁本内酯4种活性成分的含量。将23家药房作为整体,通过独立样本t检验,考察同一活性成分在自煎和代煎条件下含量上的差异性。采用逼近于理想值的排序法(TOPSIS)对单一药房两种煎煮方式进行综合评分。结果:TOPSIS分析显示,23家药房中仅有2家代煎优于自煎,占总量的8.70%。在整体水平上,5-羟甲基糠醛和芍药苷在自煎、代煎结果上没有显著性差异。但阿魏酸和藁本内酯自煎、代煎结果有显著性差异。结论:株洲市中药代煎质量在整体上不如实验室规范煎煮,在个别有效成分溶出率上两种煎煮方式有显著性差异。
OBJECTIVE To take Siwu Decoction as an example,analyze the quality of TCM Decoction in Zhuzhou City. METHODS Twenty three pharmacies were selected randomly,which could provide TCM decocting service,to find out the difference in quality between TCM decocting service and laboratory standard decoction through the independent sample t test and TOPSIS method,thus establish a method for simultaneous determination of 5-HMF,paeoniflorin,ferulic acid and ligustilide in Siwu Decoction. RESULTS Through TOPSIS analysis,TCM decocting services of 2 pharmacies were superior to the laboratory standard decoction,only accounting for 8. 70% of the total number. On the whole level,there was no significant difference between TCM decocting service and laboratory standard decoction in dissolution rates of 5-HMF and paeoniflorin. But the dissolution rates of ligustilide and ferulic acid had significant difference between the two decoctions. CONCLUSION The quality of TCM decocting service is inferior to laboratory standard decoction in Zhuzhou city. The dissolution rates of individual effective components have significant difference in two ways of decoction.
