复方甘草酸苷联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效及安全性评价 被引量:44

Efficiency and safety of compound glycyrrhizin combined with azithromycin in patients with pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia

摘要 目的:研究复方甘草酸苷联合阿奇霉素对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效与安全性。方法:以某院于2016年6月至2017年12月间收治的100例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎作为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床病例资料。其中对照组患者单纯使用阿奇霉素进行治疗,而观察组患者联合使用复方甘草酸苷与阿奇霉素进行治疗,对比观察其治疗效果。结果:(1)治疗前,2组患者T细胞亚群水平、血清抗炎因子水平、肺功能无明显差异性(P <0. 05)。治疗后,观察组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、IL-2、肺功能指标值明显高于对照组,而CD8+、IL-10、IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P <0. 05)。(2)治疗后,观察组患者症状改善时间(退热时间、咳嗽憋喘消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间)明显短于对照组(P <0. 05);(3)观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(86. 54%vs 60. 42%,P <0. 05);(4) 2组患者均无严重不良反应发生,且自行恢复。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎能有效提高机体免疫力,降低炎性水平并改善其肺功能,症状改善明显,具有一定的效果。 OBJECTIVE To study the efficiency and safety of compound glycyrrhizin combined with azithromycin in patients withpediatric mycoplasma pneumonia.METHODS From June in 2016 to December in 2017,100 patients with pediatric mycoplasmapneumonia treated in our hospital were enrolled,and divided into two groups.Of these patients,48 patients were treated with azithromy-cin(control group),while 52 patients were treated with compound glycyrrhizin and azithromycin(observation group).The clinical effi-cacy was observed and compared between the two groups.RESULTS Before treatment,there were no obvious difference about the lev-els of T cell subsets,serum anti-inflammatory factors and lung function between these two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pa-rameters including CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,IL-2 and the level of lung function were significantly higher in observation group comparedwith the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of CD8+,IL-10,IL-4,IL-6 and TNF-αwere lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the time of symptom improvement(antipyretic time,times of cough and asthma disappearance,time of lung raledisappearance)in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate in the ob-servation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(86.54%vs.60.42%,P<0.05).There was no serious adversereaction in either group,and the patients recovered themselves.CONCLUSION Compound glycyrrhizin combined with azithromycin isused in the treatment of patients with pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia,and can effectively improve immunity,reduce inflammatory leveland pulmonary functions.
