本文简述欧洲应对抗生素耐药问题行动方案和政策措施,梳理欧洲典型国家应对抗生素耐药问题的国家治理框架和行动方案、机构组织间的分工协作模式、具体应对策略措施等内容。欧洲各国在应对抗生素耐药问题中的成功经验可供我国借鉴,推进我国《遏制细菌耐药国家行动计划(2016-2020年)》的顺利实施。

This paper briefly describes the action plan and policy measures in Europe to deal with the problem of antibiotic resistance,contents of national governance framework and action plan,organization pattern and specific policy measures in typicalEuropean countries.China can learn from the successful experiences of European countries and other countries in dealing withthe problem of antimicrobial resistance,so as to promote the implementation of the national action plan for containment of antimicrobial resistance(2016-2020).
