药师隐性专业素质研究综述

A literature review on pharmacist’s professionalism

药师隐性专业素质是一种与药师工作和学习相关,且能够使其产生提供优秀药学服务特征的新兴素质观。通过梳理国内外关于药师隐性专业素质的研究,发现目前国外研究主要从价值观、态度和行为三个层面探讨药师隐性专业素质内涵,并基于此开发和完善评估工具,但是对其内涵界定尚不统一,评估工具也欠完善,仍需进行深入探讨;此外,我国专业素质相关研究较少,建议结合我国药学发展现状和国外研究经验,提高对药师隐性专业素质的关注,提升药师专业素质水平,推动药学服务整体发展。

The pharmacist’s professionalism,an emerging quality view,emphasizes the individual characteristics related to work and learning of pharmacists,as well as providing excellent pharmaceutical services.According to foreign researches on pharmacist’s professionalism,it was found that the connotation of pharmacist’s professionalism was mainly analyzed from the perspectives of value,attitude and behavior,based on which relevant evaluation tools were developed and improved.However,its definition is still inconsistent and its evaluation tools are far from imperfect,which still needs in-depth discussion.In addition,there are few studies on professionalism in China.It is recommended to improve the attention to the professionalism of pharmacists,improve the level of professionalism of pharmacists and promote the overall development of pharmaceutical care in combination with the current status of pharmaceutical development in China and foreign research experience.
