聚乙烯醇-盐酸普萘洛尔多孔水凝胶的制备及体外经皮渗透研究 被引量:2

Preparation and in vitro percutaneous permeation of polyvinyl alcohol-propranolol hydrochloride porous gel

摘要 目的:制备聚乙烯醇-盐酸普萘洛尔多孔水凝胶,并研究其体外经皮渗透性能。方法:采用循环冷冻-解冻法制备多孔水凝胶,采用改进的Franz扩散池进行体外透皮试验,以凝胶外观、致孔效果和累积渗透量为评价指标,优化水凝胶的处方和工艺。结果:壳聚糖与聚乙烯醇比例为1∶3(W/W)时,凝胶具有较均匀的孔洞结构,平均孔径为10~50μm,多孔凝胶的累积渗透量和皮肤滞留量均高于普通盐酸普萘洛尔凝胶。结论:所选处方工艺合理,制剂具有良好的透气性、经皮渗透性和皮肤粘着力,相较于普通凝胶,更适合婴幼儿患者使用。 OBJECTIVE To prepare polyvinyl alcohol-propranolol hydrochloride porous gel and to study its percutaneous permeability in vitro.METHODS The porous gel was prepared by cyclic freezing-thawing method,the modified Franz diffusion cell was used for percutaneous absorption of gel in vitro.Gel appearance,pore-forming effect and cumulative permeation amount were used as evaluation indicators to optimize the formulation and process of gel.RESULTS When the ratio of chitosan to polyvinyl alcohol was 1∶3(W/W),the gel has a uniform pore structure with an average pore size of 10-50μm.The cumulative penetration and skin retention of porous gel were both higher than ordinary propranolol hydrochloride gel.CONCLUSION The selected prescription process was reasonable and the porous gel has excellent breathability,percutaneous permeability and skin adhesion.It is more suitable for infants and young children than ordinary gel.
