With the development of molecular biology technology,more and more targeted drugs have been successfully developed and marketed.Targeted drugs have the advantages of strong targeting capabilites and relatively lower adverse reactions,which can specifically kill the abnormal signal pathway targets in tumor cells,thereby inhibiting the occurrence and development of tumors.However,the adverse reactions of targeted drugs are still unavoidable.Meanwhile,targeted drugs are always expensive.So how to utilize them reasonably to make them play their due role is a issue that pharmacists should focus on.
