130例扁桃体摘除术针麻效果的探讨

The Investigation of the Effect on 130 Cases of Tonsillectomy under Acupuncture Anaesthesia

我院耳鼻喉科与针麻经络组合作,采用扁桃体穴及合谷穴,对130例慢性扁桃体炎患者进行针麻手术,取得了较好的效果;

One hundred thirty cases of tonsillectomy wereoperated under acupuncture anaesthesia in our hospi-tal,and satisfactory analgesic effect was obtained.Theeffective rate was 79%.The points selected:Tonsil(located 1 cm below the mandibular angle)and Hegu.The former was connected with 1000 hertz electricpulse and the latter connected with 2.5-20 hertzelectric pulse through the stimulator.The resultsshowed that the effect on acupuncture anaesthesia wasrela ted to the age,emotional condition and opera-ting procedure,and that the effect was better whenthe needling sensation propagated along the channelfrom acupuncture point to the operating region.
