从经络诊检查看胃病与背俞的关系

The Relationship Between Gastric Disease and Back shu Points Through the Observation on Meridian Diagnosis

为观察背俞与脏腑的关系,我们选择慢性胃病患者110例,先经纤维胃镜检查明确诊断,次用经络诊,推、压检查患者背俞的异常变化,并以60名无胃病史的健康人,进行对比观察。

In order to observe the relationship betweengastric disease and Back-shu points 110 cases withchronic gastric disease were selected.Those patientswere first diagnosed by fibergastroscopy and thenexamined for the abnormal changes on the Back-shupoints through the channel diagnosis by pushingand pressing.60 healthy subjects were also selectedfor comparison so as to observe the abnormal chan-ges between the gastric disease and Back-shu points.The results were as follows:For the 110 casesof gastric disease,the abnormal changes in differentdegrees were present on both sides of the thoracicvertebra No 9 to No 12.For the 51 cases of gastro-duodenal ulcer,the cord-like tissues predominatedin 33 cases,while for the 59 cases of gastritis,thenodule tissues appeared in 42 cases.The controlgroup of 60 healthy subjects was free from abnor-mal changes.
