针灸治疗小儿麻痹后遗症105例

Acupuncture Treatment of 105 Cases of Infantile Paralytic Sequela

小儿麻痹后遗症是临床常见病、多发病。近几年笔者用针灸综合疗法治疗该病105例,取得较好的疗效,今小结如下。一般资料 105例中,男性为71例,女性为34例。年龄:i^3岁者22例,4~7岁者52例,8~14岁者12例,15~30岁者14例,30岁以上者5例。病程:1年以内者26人,7年以土者79人。全瘫(0度麻痹)

105 cases of infantile paralytic sequela weretreated hy acupuncture in combination with herbalbamboo cup and high temperature fire needle,inwhich good results were achieved.Among them,forthe 32 cases with total paralysis,25 were cured,6markedly improved,and for 73 cases of half paral-ysis,21 cured,35 markedly improved and 9 impro-ved.In case of long-standing disease,the channelwere blocked,qi and blood deficient,and liver yinand kidney essence insufficient,comprchensive me-thod of acupuncture and bamboo cup was appliedwith electric shock at Futu,and 3 needles at on(?)point.After manipulation,the channels get free ofblockage,qi reenforced and blood nourished.
