摘要
手足部感染包括甲沟炎和化脓性指头炎在祖国医学里属于手足部疔疮范围,是临床上常见病,多发病,如处理不当可形成指(趾)骨髓炎甚至造成疼身残废。我们最近几年内用艾熏疗法治疗本病300例,疗效满意,报告如下:
The author has treated 300 cases of dactylitisby applying self-made moxa smoking instrument,inwhich the medicine is locally applied and smoking isperformed.Treat once a day.10 treatments consti-tute one course.The curative rate is 97%.In orderto investigate the mechanism,the author smoked thoculture dish of vaccinal colibacillus,staphylococcus,streptococcus B and Fseudomonas aeruginosa with20g of moxa,and then cultured.The experimentshowed that all the cultured results were negativeafter 60 minute’s smoking.
