穴位电针、手捻针、留针对大鼠痛反应影响的比较

A Comparison Between the Effects of Electro-acupuncture,Manual Acupuncture and Retaining Needles on Nociceptive Responses in the Ra(?)

针刺穴位治疗疾病已有数千年历史。传统的刺激穴位的方法是手捻针。近代又有在穴位上通以电脉冲的方法代替手捻针,治疗疾病时究竟是用电针,还是用手捻针或捻针得气后即留针于穴位上,取决于中医辩证论治的原则。但临床上,上述这三种刺激穴位的方法对同一种疾病似乎皆可采用。

A totle of 79 rats were divided into 5 group(?)Each group was received one of five treatments.which were electroacupuncture,manual acuptmctur(?)retaining needles,binding and electroacupuncture (?)points three times.Each group was compared of 13-16 rats.Changing(GV1)and Yaoshn(GV2),Huantaie(G30)and Yanglingquan(G34),Waiquan(TE5)andSanyangluo(TE8)were selected respectively to makethe comparison.Our result indicate that the tail latencies areincreased after electroacupuncture,a relative speci-fication between the three sets of acupoints selectedwas observed.The analgesic effect would be main-fested,if the location of acupuncture and the pai(?)sources pertain to the same nerve egment.
