痹祺胶囊治疗肝肾亏虚型膝关节炎疗效及对患者红细胞免疫功能变化的影响

The Clinical Efficacy of Biqi Capsule on Gonarthritis of Liver and Kidney Deficiency Type and Its Impact on Red Blood Cell Immune Function in Patients

目的:探讨痹祺胶囊治疗肝肾亏虚型膝关节炎的临床效果及对患者红细胞免疫功能变化的影响。方法:选择2017年2月至2018年6月来本院就诊的膝关节炎(肝肾亏虚证)患者136例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表将其分成两组,每组68例。对照组关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗,观察组在此基础上口服痹祺胶囊,所有患者均治疗8周。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后红细胞C3b受体(E-C3bRR)和免疫复合物花环率(E-ICR)、相关量表(视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学(WOMAC)骨关节炎指数、36项健康调查简表(SF-36))评分及中医证候积分变化。结果:两组患者基线资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组总有效率为94.12%(64/68),与对照组的76.47%(52/68)相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后外周血E-C3bRR值和SF-36评分均较治疗前显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),外周血E-ICR值和疼痛VAS评分及WOMAC评分较治疗前均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组改善更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后各项中医证候积分有明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组膝关节疼痛、腰膝沉重、下肢酸楚、行走痛或不适积分均显著低于对照组同期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:痹祺胶囊治疗肝肾亏虚型膝关节炎可正向调节机体红细胞免疫功能,改善患者膝关节功能,提高生活质量,临床疗效确切。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Biqi capsule on gonarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency type.Methods:The subjects of this study,136 patients with gonarthritis(liver and kidney deficiency syndrome)admitted in our hospital from February 2017 to June 2018,were divided into two groups on the basis of random number table,each with 68 cases.The control group was given sodium hyaluronate injection into the knee function,while the observation group Biqi capsule for oral administration in addition to what was applied to the control group.All patients were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared before and after treatment.Erythrocyte C3 b receptor rosette rate(E-C3 bRR)and immune complex rosette rate(E-ICR)and scores and changes in TCM syndrome scores of related scales(Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Western Ontario and McMaster University(WOMAC)Osteoarthritis Index,36 items Health Survey Summary(SF-36)).Results:There was no statistical difference in baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).The overall effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%(64/68),much higher than 76.47%(52/68)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment both groups saw much higher E-C3 bRR values and SF-36 scores but obviously lower E-ICR values,VAS scores for pain,WOMAC scores as compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement in above indicators the observation group gained was more significant(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of two groups after treatment decreased remarkably(P<0.05),and the observation group had much lower scores for pain in knee joint,soreness of waist and knees,weakness of lower limbs,aches and pains while walking than the control group did over identical period(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In treating gonarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency type the application of Biqi capsule can positively regulate red blood cell immune function,improve knee joint function in patients,better life quality,proving to be clinically effective.
