信息-动机-行为技巧模型引导癌痛管理措施对基层癌症患者的管理效果

Efficacy of information-motivation-behavior guided cancer pain management measures in patients with primary cancer

目的探讨信息-动机-行为技巧模型(IMB)引导癌痛管理措施对基层癌症患者的管理效果。方法选取2016年10月至2018年6月间济南市第七人民医院收治的行癌症治疗并伴有疼痛的361例患者进行研究,采用随机数表法分为观察组(180例)和对照组(181例)。观察组患者采用IMB引导癌痛管理措施进行治疗,对照组患者采用常规癌痛管理措施治疗,比较两组患者疼痛发生率和疼痛程度。结果观察组患者疼痛相关因素错误认知率为16. 1%(29/180),对照组为30. 9%(56181),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗后,观察组患者轻度疼痛为55. 0%(99/180),中度疼痛为28. 3%(51180),重度疼痛为16. 7%(30/180);对照组患者轻度疼痛为33. 2%(60/181),中度疼痛为37. 0%(67/181),重度疼痛为29. 8%(54/181),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。结论对癌痛患者采用IMB引导癌痛管理措施可有效减轻患者疼痛,增加治疗信心,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the management efficacy of cancer pain management measures in primary cancer patients by information-motivation-behavioral( IMB) skills model. Methods A total of 361 patients with primary cancer complicated with pain who received treatment at Jinan Seventh People’s Hospital from October 2016 to June 2018 were selected and were randomly divided into an observation group( 180 patients) and a control group( 181 patients) according to the random number table method. The observation group was given IMB guided cancer pain management and the control group was given conventional cancer pain management. The incidence of pain and intensity of pain compared between the two groups. Results The patients’ cognitive bias of all pain-related factors significantly decreased was 16. 1%( 29/180) for the observation group and 30. 9% for the control group( 56/181)( P < 0. 05). After the treatment,the incidence of mild pain was 55. 0%( 99/180),moderate pain was 28. 3%( 51/180),and severe pain was16. 7%( 30/180) for the observation group and 33. 2%( 60/181),37. 0%( 67/181) and 29. 8%( 54/181),respectively for the control group( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion IMB guided cancer pain management measures can effectively alleviate the pain,increase the confidence and improve quality of life in patients with cancer pain,which is worth further promotion in clinical treatment.
