护士为主导的团体心理辅导对晚期肺癌患者心理困扰及自我感受负担的影响

Effect of nurses-oriented group psychological counseling on psychological distress and self-perceived burden in patients with advanced lung cancer

目的探讨以护士为主导的团体心理辅导对晚期肺癌患者心理困扰及自我感受负担的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月间荆州市胸科医院收治的100例晚期肺癌患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组患者在日常护理基础上采用以护士为主导的心理辅导,对照组患者采用日常护理,比较两组患者护理前后心理困扰及自我感受负担评分。结果干预后,观察组患者负性情绪和总评分均低于对照组患者,活力值高于对照组患者,且观察组患者第四周、第六周自我感受负担评分均低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。结论对晚期肺癌患者采用团体心理辅导,可帮助患者缓解负性情绪,并减轻患者自我感受负担。

Objective To discuss the effect of nurses-oriented group psychological counseling on psychological distress and self-perceived burden in patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods A total of 100 patients with advanced lung cancer treated at Jingzhou Chest Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group with 50 patients in each group.The observation group was given nurse-oriented psychological counseling besides the routine nursing and the control group was given routine nursing. The scores of psychological distress and self-perceived burden were compared after nursing. Results After intervention,the negative emotions and overall scores were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group. The activity value was higher in the observation group than in the control group. The scores of self-perceived burden at the fourth and sixth weeks were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05). Conclusion Group psychology counseling can help relieve negative emotions and self-perceived burden in patients with advanced lung cancer.
