以人为本护理干预对肿瘤晚期患者癌痛及生活质量的影响

Effect of people-oriented nursing intervention on cancer pain and quality of life in patients with advanced cancer

目的探讨以人为本护理干预对肿瘤晚期患者癌痛及生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年3月至2017年2月间陕西省西安市中心医院收治的80例肿瘤晚期患者,按照护理方案不同分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组患者采用以人为本护理干预,对照组患者采用常规护理,比较两组患者的生活质量评分(QOL)、Karnofsky功能状态评分(KPS)、心理健康评定量表(SCL-90)和视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果护理后,观察组患者QOL总分为(36. 44±9. 25)分,高于对照组患者的(30. 10±9. 40)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组患者的KPS评分为(77. 68±8. 24)分,明显高于对照组的(71. 36±8. 52)分;观察组患者的SCL-90评分为(172. 56±14. 03)分,低于对照组的(198. 12±13. 44)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。观察组患者的视觉模拟评分为(4. 15±1. 02)分,明显低于对照组的(5. 72±1. 05)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对肿瘤晚期患者采用以人为本的护理干预可有效缓解患者痛苦,改善其心理状态及生活质量,提升临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of people-oriented nursing intervention on cancer pain and quality of life in patients with advanced cancer. Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced cancer treated at Xi’an Central Hospital from March 2014 to February 2017 were selected and divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group. The observation group received the people-oriented nursing intervention and the control group received the routine nursing. Then the quality of life scores( QOL),Karnofsky functional status score( KPS),mental health rating scale( SCL-90),and visual analogue score( VAS) were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing,the overall score of QOL was 36. 44 ± 9. 25 for the observation group,which was significantly higher than 30. 10 ± 9. 40 of the control group( P < 0. 05). The KPS score was 77. 68 ± 8. 24 for the observation group,which was significantly higher than 71. 36 ± 8. 52 of the control group( P < 0. 05). The SCL-90 score was 172. 56 ± 14. 03 for the observation group,which was significantly lower than 198. 12 ± 13. 44 of the control group( P < 0. 05). The VAS score was 4. 15 ± 1. 02 in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 5. 72 ± 1. 05 of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The implement of people-oriented nursing intervention can effectively relieve pain,ameliorate the psychological status and quality of life,and promote clinical efficacy in patients with advanced cancer.
