5E康复护理模式对膝关节周围骨肉瘤患者假体置换术后生活质量的影响

Effect of 5E rehabilitation nursing mode on quality of life in patients with osteosarcoma around the knee after prosthetic replacement

目的探讨5E康复护理模式对膝关节周围骨肉瘤患者假体置换术后生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2018年1月间宝鸡市中医医院收治的70例膝关节周围骨肉瘤患者,按照入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。两组患者均采用常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上加用5E康复护理模式,比较两组患者自我护理能力、生活质量及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组患者的自我护理能力和生活质量评分分别为(124. 87±16. 94)分和(78. 02±6. 32)分,高于对照组的(110. 03±14. 81)分和(65. 14±7. 30)分,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。观察组患者的护理满意度评分为(87. 61±7. 24)分,高于对照组的(75. 02±6. 33)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论 5E康复护理模式能提高膝关节周围骨肉瘤患者假体置换术后自我护理能力、生活质量及护理满意度,应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of 5E rehabilitation nursing mode on the quality of life of patients with osteosarcoma around the knee after prosthetic replacement. Methods From January 2015 to January 2018,70 patients with osteosarcoma around the knee treated at Baoji Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected. According to the order of admission,they were divided into an observation group and a control group with 35 patients in each group. The two groups were given routine nursing,and the observation group was given 5E rehabilitation nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing. The exercise of self-care ability scale( ESCA) score,quality of life( QOL) score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention,the ESCA and QOL scores were 124. 87 ± 16. 94 and78. 02 ± 6. 32 respectively for the observation group,which were higher than 110. 03 ± 14. 81 and 65. 14 ±7. 30 respectively of the control group( all P < 0. 05). The nursing satisfaction score was 87. 61 ± 7. 24 for the observation group,which was higher than 75. 02 ± 6. 33 of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion 5E rehabilitation nursing mode can improve the self-care ability,quality of life and nursing satisfaction in patients with osteosarcoma around the knee joint after prosthesis replacement,and has high application value.
