4F管理对超声引导下肝癌介入手术患者角色强化与乐观倾向的影响

Effect of 4F management on role enhancement and optimism in patients receiving ultrasound guided interventional therapy for liver cancer

目的探讨全天候服务、全系统服务、全过程服务和全方位服务管理(4F管理)对超声引导下肝癌介入手术患者角色强化与乐观倾向的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年6月间山东省立第三医院收治的4F管理实施后进行超声引导下肝癌介入手术的87例患者作为观察组,以2016年1月至2018年6月4F管理实施前进行超声引导下肝癌介入手术的84例患者作为对照组。观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实施4F管理进行干预,对照组患者采用常规护理方案进行护理。比较两组患者的并发症发生率、角色强化和乐观倾向。结果观察组患者并发症发生率为17. 2%,显著低于对照组患者的33. 3%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。干预后,观察组患者角色强化水平评分低于干预前评分,且低于对照组干预后评分,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。干预后,观察组患者乐观倾向评分高于干预前评分,且高于对照组评分,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。结论将4F管理应用于超声引导下肝癌介入手术患者的护理中,可以显著降低其角色强化水平,提升乐观倾向,降低术后并发症。

Objective To investigate 24-h service,full system service,full process service,allround service( 4 F management) on role enhancement and optimism in patients receiving ultrasound guided interventional therapy for liver cancer. Methods A total of 87 patients receiving ultrasound guided interventional therapy for liver cancer after the implementation of 4 F management at Third Shandong Provincial Hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the observation group. Another 84 patients receiving ultrasound guided interventional therapy for liver cancer before the implementation of 4 F management were included in the control group. The observation group was given 4 F management besides routine nursing and the control group was given routine nursing. The incidence of complications as well as role enhancement and optimism were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of complication was 17. 2% in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 33. 4% of the control group( P < 0. 015). After the intervention,the level of role enhancement was lower than before the intervention with the observation group lower than in the control group( all P < 0. 015). After the intervention,the optimism scores were higher than before the intervention with the observation group higher than the control group( all P <0. 015). Conclusion 4 F nursing management in ultrasound guided interventional surgery can significantly reduce the role enhancement level,enhance the optimism,and reduce the postoperative complications.
