综合护理干预对肺癌患者化疗前后血清相关因子水平的影响 被引量:9

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on serum factors in patients with lung cancer before and after chemotherapy

摘要 目的探讨综合护理干预对肺癌患者化疗前后血清相关因子水平的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2018年9月间收治的88例肺癌化疗患者,采用随机数表法分为综合护理组和常规护理组,每组44例。同时,选取同期来体检的50例健康志愿者参与本研究。比较健康志愿者与肺癌患者化疗前后血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(SIL-2R)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平变化,比较不同护理干预肺癌化疗患者化疗前后血清SOD、SIL-2R和TNF-α水平的变化。结果与健康体检者比较,肺癌患者化疗前体内SOD水平显著降低,SIL-2R以及TNF-α的水平显著升高,化疗后,与正常组相比,SOD水平、SIL-2R以及TNF-α水平仍然显著异常,但是肺癌患者组组内比较,三项指标显著改善,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。干预前,综合护理组与常规护理组患者SOD、SIL-2R和TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),干预后,综合护理组患者SOD、SIL-2R和TNF-α水平显著优于常规护理组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。结论综合护理干预能够有效改善肺癌化疗患者SOD、SIL-2R和TNF-α水平,并提升患者临床整体疗效具有重要的实践价值。 Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on serum factors in patients with lung cancer before and after chemotherapy.Methods Eighty-eight patients with lung cancer on chemotherapy who admitted to Baoji Central Hospital from October 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled in the study and were divided into a comprehensive nursing group and a routine nursing group with 44 patients in each group according to the random number table.Fifty healthy volunteers who came to the hospital for physical examination were enrolled in this study.Changes in the serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),soluble interleukin-2 receptor(SIL-2R)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)before and after the chemotherapy were compared between the healthy individuals and patients with lung cancer.Results Compared with the healthy subjects,the levels of SOD were significantly decreased in lung cancer patients before chemotherapy and the levels of SIL-2R and TNF-αwere significantly increased.However,the above three indicators were significantly improved in lung cancer patients that(all P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the level of SOD,SIL-2R and TNF-αbetween the comprehensive nursing group and the routine nursing group(all P>0.05).After the intervention,the level of SOD,SIL-2R and TNF-αwere better in the comprehensive nursing group than in the routine nursing group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the levels of SOD,SIL-2R and TNF-αin patients with lung cancer on chemotherapy,and has important practical value for improving the overall clinical efficacy.
