快速康复外科理念在颅内肿瘤患者围手术期护理中的应用效果

Application of concept of fast track surgery in perioperative nursing care in patients with intracranial tumors

目的探讨快速康复外科理念在颅内肿瘤患者围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年2月至2018年2月间山东省立第三医院收治的64例行超声引导下颅内肿瘤切除术患者,采用随机数表法将患者分为研究组与对照组,每组32例。对照组患者采用常规围术期护理措施,研究组患者采用快速康复外科理念进行围术期护理。观察比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、首次排便时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时间及术后并发症情况。结果两组患者的手术时间和术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。研究组患者首次排便时间、首次下床活动时间和住院时间均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。研究组患者术后并发症发生率为6. 3%,低于对照组患者的25. 0%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论快速康复外科理念在颅内肿瘤围手术期护理中具有显著的应用效果,可以加快患者的康复速度,降低术后并发症发生率,适于临床推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy of the concept of fast rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing in patients with intracranial tumors.Methods Sixty-four patients with intracranial tumors who underwent intracranial neoplasms tylectomy under ultrasound guidance at Shandong Provincial Third Hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group by the random number table method,with 32 patients in each group.The study group received perioperative nursing guided by the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery and the control group was given routine perioperative nursing.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,first defecation time,first ambulation time,hospitalization time and postoperative complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume between the two groups(P>0.05).The first defecation time,first ambulation time and hospitalization time were lower in the study group than in the control group(all P<0.01).The incidence of complications was 6.3%for the study group which was lower than 25.0%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery has a significant effect on perioperative nursing of intracranial tumors.It can speed up the recovery of patients,reduce the probability of postoperative complications,and is suitable for clinical promotion.
