Objective To investigate the score of symptom checklist(SCL-90)in patients with breast cancer and analyze its correlation with cancer-related fatigue. Methods A total of 109 patients with breast cancer admitted to Huangzhou District People’s Hospital of Huanggang from June 2015 to December2018 were selected in the study. The SCL-90 scale and cancer-related fatigue scale(CFS)were used for the survey, and Pearson was used to analyze the correlation between SCL-90 and CFS.Results After chemotherapy, the scores of all the factors other than psychosis(depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia,somatization,obsessive-compulsiveness,interpersonal sensitivity)and the total score of SCL-90 were higher than those before chemotherapy(all P<0.05).After chemotherapy, the overall score of physical fatigue, emotional fatigue, cognitive fatigue and the overall score of fatigue was 17.28±3.62,9.53±1.01,8.00±1.13 and 34.90±4.36,respectively.Pearson correlation showed that the scores of SCL-90 for depression, anxiety, terror and interpersonal sensitivity and the overall score of SCL-90 were positively correlated with the overall score of CFS(all P<0.05).For other factors,no correlation was found with the overall score of CFS.Conclusion The psychological problems are aggravated in patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy.Cancer-related fatigue is commonly widespread, and its severity is positively correlated with psychological problems.
