术后早期康复训练对脑肿瘤患者运动和凝血功能的效果研究

Effect of early postoperative rehabilitation training on brain function and coagulation function in patients with brain tumors

目的探讨早期康复训练对脑肿瘤患者术后运动功能和凝血功能的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2018年12月间大竹县人民医院收治的60例脑肿瘤患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组患者采用早期康复训练联合常规治疗,对照组患者采用常规治疗,比较两组患者的运动功能和凝血功能。结果治疗3个月后,观察组患者日常生活能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗3个月后,观察组患者上肢和下肢评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。治疗3个月后,两组患者凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)及纤维蛋白原(Fbg)水平均提高,且观察组各项指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。结论早期康复训练可改善脑肿瘤术后患者的运动功能及凝血功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of early postoperative rehabilitation training on motor function and coagulation function in patients with brain tumors.Methods From January 2014 to December2018,60 patients with brain tumors underwent neurosurgery at Dazhu County People’s Hospital were selected.The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with early rehabilitation training and conventional treatment and patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy.The motor function and coagulation function in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results At 3 months after the treatment,the activity of daily living(ADL)score was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the motor function scores for upper and lower limbs were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).In addition,the prothrombin time(PT),activated partial prothrombin time(APTT)and fibrinogen(Fbg)levels were significantly increased in both groups with the improvement higher in the observation group than in the control groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation training can improve postoperative motor function and coagulation function in patients with brain tumors,and it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
