临床护理路径对浅表性膀胱癌手术患者肿瘤标志物及免疫指标的影响

Effect of clinical nursing pathway on the level of tumor markers and immune indexes in patients with superficial bladder cancer undergoing operation

目的探讨临床护理路径对浅表性膀胱癌手术患者肿瘤标志物水平及免疫指标的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年3月间中国人民解放军空军军医大学第二附属医院收治的62例浅表性膀胱癌手术患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,每组31例,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用临床护理路径,比较两组患者的肿瘤标志物水平以及免疫指标。结果护理后,与护理前比较,两组患者的血管内皮生长因子和生存素均下降,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。两组患者护理前后的血管内皮生长因子和生存素进行组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。护理前,两组患者的Ig G、Ig M和Ig A进行组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。护理后,观察组的Ig G、Ig M和Ig A优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。结论临床护理路径在浅表性膀胱癌手术患者护理中的运用效果显著,可明显改善患者血清免疫学指标。

Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway on the level of tumor markers and immune indexes in patients undergoing surgery for superficial bladder cancer.Methods A total of62 patients with superficial bladder cancer who were treated at Second Hospital Affiliated to PLA Air Force Military Medical University from January 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled.They were divided into an observation group and a control group with 31 patients in each group according to the random number table method.The observation group was given nursing based on clinical nursing pathways and the control group was given routine nursing.The levels of tumor markers and immune indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,vascular endothelial growth factor,survivin decreased in both groups(P<0.05)but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the levels of serum immune indices including Ig G,Ig M and Ig A between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,levels of Ig G,Ig M and Ig A were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can significantly improve immune indicators in patients undergoing surgery for superficial bladder cancer.It is worthy of clinical popularization.
