女性生殖道苗勒氏管恶性混合瘤——附12例报道

Malignant Mixed Tumors of the Müllerian Duct in Female Genital Tract-A Report of 12 Cases

本文报道12例女性生殖道苗勒氏管恶性混合瘤。发生在子宫者9例,其中8例为绝经期老年妇女,平均年令55岁。发生在宫颈者2例,1例为40岁的中年妇女,另1例为19岁的少女。发生在阴道者为一5岁幼女。临床主要症状为阴道流血或流黄色分泌液,子宫增大,下腹痛等。并描述其共同病理的形态变化。结合文献还着重对组织发生,命名分类,肿瘤的转移,预后和治疗进行了讨论。

Twelve cases of malignant mixed tumor of the Müllerian duct of female genital tract are reported.In 9 of these cases the growths are in the uterus;eight of the 9 patients are post-menopausals with an average age of 55 years.Two cases are those of the uterine cervix,40 and 19 years of age respectively.One case is a tumor of the vagina,in a girl 5 years of age.The principle clinical features are vaginal bleeding or yellowish discharge,enlargement of the uterus and lower abdomial pain. Most of the tumors are located in midline of the anterior or posterior wall or in fundus of the uterus,protruding into the cavity as polypoid,grape-like,pear-like or bail-like masses.The tumor growth usually is confined in the endometrium,occa- sionally infiltrating into the uterine muscle wall.Tumor cells may be differentiated in varying degrees into adenocarcinoma,squamous cell carcinoma and sarcoma.
