恶性卵黄囊瘤(内胚窦瘤)9例报告

Malignant Yolk Sac Tumor(Eododermal Sinus Tnmor),A report of 9 Cases

本文报告9例卵黄囊瘤,其中3例含有畸胎瘤、精原细胞瘤和胚胎癌成分,并讨论了本瘤的诊断、鉴别诊断及预后。结合文献,两岁以内的睾丸卵黄囊瘤予后良好,而发生在成人睾丸、卵巢或性腺外者,无论是卵黄囊瘤单一存在,或同其他生殖细胞性肿瘤混合存在,予后均恶劣。

Nine cases of yolk sac tumor(endodermal sinus tumor)are reported;3 of these are accompanied by elements of teratoma,seminoma or embryonal carcinoma.The diagnosis,differential diagnosis and prognosis of this tumor are discussed.The prog- nosis of this testicular tumor in children under two years of age is rather fair; while that of this tumor occurring in adult testes,ovary,and extragenital organs are quite grave,regardless whether the tumor is pure yolk sac variety or mixed with other germinal cell tumor elements.
