吉林市1O,347例活检中肿瘤的统计分析

Statistical Analysis of Tumors in 10,347 Biopsy Specimens at Ji-Lin

我院1969～1978年,十年间,在10,347例病理活检发现肿瘤3,212例(见表1),良性肿瘤1,393例,恶性肿瘤1,819例。在恶性肿瘤中,有原发瘤1,588例及转移瘤231例。

Of 10, 347 biopsy specimens examined in 1969-1978, benign tumors were encountered in 1, 393 instances and malignant tumors in 1, 819, including 1, 588 cases of primary and 231 secondary malignancies. Gastric cancer was most frequent, then the cancer of the uterine cervix, the larynx, and the breast. There were 48 cases of childhood malignancy, excluding leukemia, and constituted 2.71％ of the present series of cancer. The tissues and organs of predilection were lymphatic, embryonic, and neurogenic tissues of the eyes, kidneys, testes, retroperitoneal space and skeleton in the order mentioned.
