DCC法测定乳腺癌组织中雌激素受体的研究(附50例测定结果分析)

乳腺癌组织中雌激素受体的测定,国内因条件所限,开展较晚,也不够普遍。雌激素受体测定的方法主要以蔗糖密度梯度高心法(SGU)及葡聚糖活性炭饱和分析法(DCC)为经典方法。还有很多方法都要以经典法为准,对照其结果。近年来又有用荧光素标记雌激素的组织化学法及免疫学单克隆抗体测定法,为受体的测定分析打开新局面。根据目前国内的具体条件,我们选择DCC方法进行建立稳定的测定方法,并逐步加以改进,以期能适应更多的医疗单位开展此项测定工作。

Measurements of estradiol receptor content in human primary breast cancer were done in 50 cases by dextran coated charcoal(DCC) method using 7 points Scatchard plot for evaluat.Values of 10 fmol/mg protein/ml cytoscl or more were consider- ed ER positive. Of specimens obtained from 50 patients in our series 33 cases(66%) were ER(+)and 17 cases(34%)ER(-) . A trend showing higher percentage of ER (+)in postmenopausal patients than premenopausal patients and higher levels of ER content in gradeⅠ & Ⅱ differentiated breast cancers was found.
