615系小鼠接种遵医肿瘤755(ZM_(755))后脾细胞玫瑰花环反应的动态变化

摘要 大量实验与临床研究表明,带瘤机体的免疫机能状态随肿瘤的发展而不断改变。探讨其规律和机理,对肿瘤发病学、肿瘤免疫学的理论与临床实践均有一定的意义。本文观察了615系小鼠于接种遵医肿瘤755(ZM755)后,带瘤宿主脾细胞E和EAC玫瑰花环反应的动态变化,发现随着肿瘤的不断增长,两者均明显地、进行性地抑制。现将结果扼要报告如下。一、材料和方法(一)动物和瘤株1.动物:615系小鼠,自北京中国医学科学院药物研究所引入,在本实验室内按近交系要求饲养繁殖。2.瘤株:遵医肿瘤755(ZM755),系615系小鼠腿部自发恶性间叶瘤在同系小鼠中移植而成。现已传至220代。 In this paper we describe dynamic changes in E and EAC rosette formation reac- tions of spleen cells from inbred 615 mice bearing malignant mesenchymoma ZM 755 which is a syngeneic tumor model established in our laboratory. It has been shown that after tumor inoculation the number of E-RFC in the spleen cell suspensions of tumor bear- ing mice first increased on the 7th day (P<0.01) and then decreased from the loth day onwards (P<0.01), while that of EAC-RFC decreased persistently to a very low level before the death of the tumor bearing hosts (P<0.01). The results indicated that du- ring the course of tumor growth, the immunological function of tumorbearing hosts changed gradually and become markedly depressed at the end stage of malignant growth.
