摘要
基于LED投光灯的结构论述散热设计技术及热仿真分析方法,通过仿真数据与测试校核,验证本散热仿真方法的可行性与可靠性,为更好地研究和解决大功率LED的散热问题做出贡献。
Based on the structure of LED spotlights, this paper discusses the thermal design technology and thermal simulation analysis. Simulation and test data are checked to verify the feasibility and reliability of the thermal simulation method, which makes some contribution to better studying and solving power LED thermal problems.
