摘要
汽车灯具长期工作在振动环境下,其动力学特性对于车灯的寿命及使用都非常重要。其固有频率的大小是评判车灯结构动力学特性的1项重要指标。以1款汽车后组合灯为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件NX Nastran建立了灯具整体动态性能的有限元模型,通过有限元分析软件对其固有频率进行了计算,并利用试验对有限元分析的结果进行了验证。根据计算得到低阶模态的振型图,找出了灯具设计上的薄弱环节,对其进行结构优化。优化后结构的模态分析表明,改进后的车灯结构的低阶频率有了较大幅度的提高。
The dynamic property is an important parameter to judge the stability of an automotive lamp for driving safety and experience. In this paper, the finite element model of a rear lamp is set up by NX Nastran, and a modal analysis is carried out. The modal characteristics and resonant frequency of the lamp are calculated and approved by test. According to the results, we optimized the design of part structure and layout, and made the rigidity of the whole lamp more reasonable. The calculated first few resonant frequencies of the lamp improved greatly after the optimization of the structure.
