摘要
基于园艺作物的光合作用、光形态建成反应、光周期调节对光谱的选择性吸收原理,以及紫外线着色机理等方面的讨论,提出"设施园艺专用LED系列光源"设计技术路线。"促长型"植物补光光源以STC89C54单片机为核心,选择SN3352驱动芯片,采用降压恒流驱动方式,解决LED驱动、散热、调光,整机结构设计等关键技术问题,完成控制器硬件电路和调控方法的软件设计,实现了光质、光强、光照时间的人工交互式调节。本光源具有结构合理、高效、节能环保、适用范围广等特点,市场应用前景广阔,成果转化必将产生巨大的经济、生态和社会效益。
Based on the discussion of horticultural crops photosynthesis,photomorphogenesis-reaction,photoperiod regulation to the principle of spectrum selective absorption,as well as the discussion of the UV coloring mechanism,This paper puts forward a design of 'horticultural facilities dedicated LED series light source'. The 'Growth Promotion' plant lighting source is based on STC89C54 microcontroller and SN3352 drive chip,using step-down constant current drive mode. The key technical solutions including LED driving,heat,dimming and luminaire structure design are presented. We completed the controller hardware circuit and the software design,realized the artificial interactive adjustment of light intensity,light quality,illumination time. The light source has the characteristics of reasonable structure,high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection,wide application range etc.. The broad market application prospect,achievement transformation will produce huge economic,ecological and social benefits.
