基于铜网的大功率LED散热技术研究

摘要 随着照明产业的快速发展,大功率LED因其使用寿命长、节能、安全低电压、耗电小及环保等优点逐渐取代传统的卤钨灯、白炽灯、荧光灯,成为新一代"绿色照明光源"。但其散热问题也越发凸显,总结LED结芯片散热和灯具散热的研究进展,从热传导,对流换热,辐射换热角度分析散热的原理。针对传统铝翅片散热器的不足,提出用氧化铜网作为大功率LED的散热器,并通过实验证明其散热性能良好。 With the rapid development of the lighting industry, high-power LED gradually replaces traditional halogen lamps, incandescent and fl uorescent, and becomes a new generation of 'green lighting' due to its advantages such as long life, energy saving, safe low voltage, low power consumption and environmental protection. But its thermal problem is also more and more prominent. This article summarizes the heat dissipating research progress of the chip and lamp, and analyzes the principle of heat dissipating in terms of heat conduction, convection and radiation. The using of the oxidation copper mesh is proposed as heat sink of high-power LED for the shortcomings of traditional aluminum heat dissipating fi ns, the heat dissipating performance of which prove very good through experiments.
