介绍近紫外白光LED用磷酸盐体系荧光粉的研究进展,对制备方法及各制备方法的优点进行总结。对近紫外白光LED用磷酸盐体系荧光粉的发光性能进行叙述,并对今后的研究发展方向进行展望,为深入研究近紫外白光LED用磷酸盐体系荧光粉提供有用的参考资料。

The recent progresses in phosphate phosphor for n-UV WLEDs are introduced, and a variety of preparation methods with their advantages are summarized. The luminescence properties of phosphate phosphor for n-UV WLEDs are narrated. The future development trends of studies are discussed, which provides some useful information for further exploration of phosphate phosphor for n-UV WLEDs.
