浅析电学法测量LED结温热阻时测试电流对测试结果的影响

摘要 简单介绍结温、热阻测试的重要性及电学法测试原理。以1 W白光LED灯珠为研究对象,通过小电流测试K系数法测量灯珠的结温、热阻,利用不同的测试电流进行测试。通过测试分析发现,在避免灯珠有明显发热的测试电流下,对结温、热阻的测试结果没有太大的影响。 This paper briefly describes the importance of the junction temperature, thermal resistance test and the principle of the electrical testing method. With 1 W white LED lamp beads, its junction temperature and thermal resistance are tested by using a low current K-factor method through different test currents. The test analysis found that the junction temperature and thermal resistance are not quite affected by the test current if the current can not obviously heat the lamp beads.
