低电流条件下LED植物生长灯光源亮度不均的原因分析与解决方案 被引量:1

摘要 在研制可模拟日落日出调光的LED植物生长灯的过程中发现,当调至低电流条件时,某些白光LED光源发光亮度不一致;而达到额定电流电压时,这种现象不会出现。本文通过检验LED光源、铝基板,驱动电源等灯具组件,更换元件模拟实验,排除各种可能因素,最终确认驱动电源的内置电容的放电速度是产生这一现象的关键因素。实验表明加快内置电容的放电速度,是解决此现象的可行方案。 In the process of developing a LED grow light which can simulate sunset and sunrise dimming,it was found that at low current,the brightness of some LED light sources was inconsistent;when the rated current voltage was reached,this phenomenon did not appear.By testing the LED light source,aluminum substrate,driving power supply and other lighting components,replacing the components,various possible factors were eliminated,and it was confirmed that the discharge speed of the built-in capacitor of the driving power supply is the key factor to produce this phenomenon.Therefore,speeding up the discharge speed of the built-in capacitor is the feasible solution to solve this phenomenon.
