摘要
室外LED驱动器常放在灯具的独立腔体中以解决驱动器的防水问题,要求有较高的IP防水等级。即使驱动器采用全灌封结构、放独立腔体,防水失效占比依然很高。同时全灌封结构还有热膨胀变形、器件应力增大等潜在隐患。本文阐述了一种新的户外LED驱动器结构,采用非全灌封、结构防水、端盖壳体钢性连接等设计,有效提高了防水性能及可靠性。
Outdoor LED driver is often placed in the independent cavity of luminaire to solve the waterproof problem of the driver,which is required to have higher waterproof Ingress Protection(IP)ratings.Even two options are adopted in the device of waterproof:full-potting structure and independent cavity,the proportion of waterproof failure is still very high.Also there are some potential dangers in the full-potting structure such as thermal expansion and device stress increase.This paper describes a new structure for outdoor LED driver to improve the waterproof performance and reliability effectively,which adopts the design of non-full potting,waterproof structure and steel connection of end cover and shell.
