摘要
针对LED侧入光式面板灯的结构设计了一种优化方案,即在金属边框和导光板之间置入一定厚度的弹性硅胶垫,使导光板与LED灯珠发光面保持相同的微小间距,确保光线能够全部进入导光板,提高出光效率;研发了一种'回字型止位块'的构件,可以有效地防止各构件之间不同的热胀冷缩效应对LED灯珠产生潜在的损伤。经过大量实践应用,证明方案简洁可行,适合大规模生产。
An optimization scheme for the structure design of LED edge-lit panel light is proposed,that is,a certain thickness of elastic silica gel pad is placed between the metal frame and the light guide plate,so that the light guide plate and the light-emitting surface of the LED can keep the same tiny distance,ensure that all light can enter the light guide plate,and improve the light output efficiency.The component of'rectangular-ambulatory-plane stop block'can effectively prevent the potential damage to LEDs caused by different thermal expansion and contraction effects among components.Through a large number of practical applications,it has been proved that the scheme is simple and feasible and suitable for large-scale production.
