摘要
射灯在营造光氛围有独特功能效果,是广受欢迎的照明产品之一,主要用于装饰、商业照明以及建筑照明等,种类繁多,其中AR型射灯便是广泛应用的射灯之一。传统的AR型射灯存在眩光、出光效率低等问题。本文提出一种AR型LED射灯,通过二次光学设计在横条下方设置表面真空镀膜的圆锥面,将光源上方光线反射出来,最大限度地提高光能利用率。同时,在光源上方采用表面磨砂透镜,降低眩光,获得更加舒适、节能的光输出。
Spotlight has unique function effect in creating light atmosphere,and it is one of the most popular lighting products.Spotlight is mainly used for decoration,commercial lighting and building lighting,etc.It has a wide variety of applications.AR-type spotlight is one of the widely used spotlights.The traditional AR-type spotlight has some problems,such as glare and low light output efficiency.In this paper,an AR-type LED spotlight is proposed.By means of secondary optical design,a vacuum coating conical surface is added under the horizontal strip to reflect the light above the light source to maximize the utilization of light energy.At the same time,a surface frosted lens is added above the light source to reduce glare and obtain a more comfortable and energy-saving light output.
