A Review of China’s Public Policies in 2005—2006

2005年至2006年是中国社会发展的关键阶段。如果从中国公共政策出发,这一阶段的特征将能获得一个清晰的观察视角。本文试图对这两年中国公共政策的基本框架与议题重点作一梳理,从中理解中国社会中存在的结构性问题和中国政府的政策回应,并尝试着分析出某种具有前景的解决思路。

The years of 2005 and 2006 are the key period of China’s social development.The review of public policies will offer a clear-cut perspective to understand this period.By examining the basic framework of public policies and the key policy issues in this period,this article tries to understand the structural problems existed in current China and the policy responses of the government.
